The Datwyler Micro Data Centre (MDC) is a compact IT infrastructure solution which contains in a 42U rack, among other things, an energy distribution unit, UPS, cooling unit, air gap sealing, a cloud-based environment and security monitoring system as well as the associated sensors.
The MDC can be used for edge computing, smart facilities deploying IoT devices or running artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), automation, etc. as well as a computing node in branches – for example in retail, healthcare, banking, education or government.
