Seabix and Datwyler IT Infra will be working under one roof from January 2024. The successful strategic cooperation led to the decision for Datwyler IT Infra to take over Seabix AG. Seabix’s portfolio deepens and complements Datwyler IT Infra’s existing infrastructure offerings, creating a business partner for customers who can offer holistic ICT solutions from a single source.
