What makes a good IT service provider? He is uncompromisingly customer-driven, is familiar with the latest technologies and trends and opts for intuitive, easily accessible products in order to find solutions for his customers which perfectly meet their requirements, says Toni Rodriguez.
“Clients expect their IT service provider to give them the right advice, help them make the right decisions, amidst all of the challenges, and provide them with the digital tools to overcome those challenges,” explains Rodriquez. “Companies and organisations, no matter how large or small, shouldn’t have to worry about the choice of complex infrastructures, servers or cloud solutions but should be able to use them easily and effectively in their everyday work.”
