Covent installed fibre optic network from Datwyler

When repairing and upgrading its data and telecommunications system, the Convent of St. Marienthal opted for a complete FTTO solution from Datwyler. Until February 2013 Datwyler and partners built up a main distributer area and a fibre optic ring to connect all buildings. The FO cabling in the offices, guest rooms and other areas terminates in mini switches - allowing today’s users to connect their end devices to the new network using copper connections.
