We offer you appropriate service levels for data centres and data networks to ensure trouble-free operation and maximum availability over the whole operating cycle, which we will be happy to take care of for you together with our certified partners.
In terms of data centres you can choose between a “Basic” or a “Premium” package. Individual SLAs are also always possible.
