Emails and letters are currently circulating claiming that our bank details have changed. We would like to take this opportunity to expressly point out that these claims are unfounded and false.
Our account information remains unchanged. Please only transfer money to the bank details you have on file. If you have any doubts or are unsure, please contact us by telephone or email so that we can investigate the matter together.
To protect you from possible fraud attempts, we recommend the following security measures:
● Do not rely on contact details contained in emails; only use telephone numbers or addresses known to you.
● If in doubt, always consult your known contact person by telephone before making a transfer.
● If you receive (or have received) a suspicious email or notice any unusual requests, please notify us immediately – preferably by telephone.
