Ambassador House: 6,700 data connections in just under 4 months

The Datwyler system solution which was installed in Zurich’s Ambassador House allows high-speed transmission of up to 10 gigabits per second. To achieve this the technicians installed around 300 kilometres of type CU 7002 4P Category 7 data cable, terminating in 13,000 Category 6A RJ45 keystone modules. Altogether 3,250 FLF data outlets are available to the tenants on the premises. The complete solution supplied by Datwyler also includes racks, patch panels, as well as other system accessories. Thanks to expert support from Datwyler, Melcom AG was able to complete the extensive structured cabling in only just under four months.
