CU 8202 4P: powerful and versatile

Datwyler has expanded its portfolio with the CU 8202 4P, a high-end data cable that meets all Category 8.2 requirements. This adds a cable with 0.62 mm conductors (AWG 22) to the existing range of Cat.8 products. The large cross-section means it is especially suitable for PoE applications.
The Cat.8.2 data cable provides a dependable solution for modern IT infrastructures and high performance applications. With an extended frequency range of up to 2000 MHz it exceeds the requirements of ISO/IEC 11801, IEC 61156-9, IEC 61156-5, EN 50173-1 and EN 50288-12-1.
The combination of pair and braid shielding ensures excellent shielding performance. This cable is compatible with all common connector systems to EN 50173 and ISO/IEC 11801.
The data cable is suitable for applications in data centres and in structured cabling for buildings (Euroclass Dca). It supports data transmission up to 40GBase-T (2000 MHz) with a channel length of up to 30 metres and meets the requirements of Class FA (1000 MHz) up to 100 metres.
It‘s suitable for PoE, PoE+ and 4PPoE, thus providing a reliable power supply even when high performance is required.
