Norbert Ludwig (1964, German) has been Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) & Head of Operational Excellence at the privately held Dätwyler IT Infra AG with headquarters in Switzerland since August 2020. Previously, he had been Vice President Operational Excellence since March 2015.

Before joining Datwyler, he held several international business excellence and quality positions in the medical device and industrial and medical gases industry, specializing in continuous improvement, lean management, Six Sigma and regulatory compliance. He worked for Qiagen and The Linde Group.

Norbert Ludwig holds a Master degree (Dipl.-Ing.) in Process Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
