Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Christine Seibert (1979, German) has been Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the privately held Dätwyler IT Infra AG with headquarters in Switzerland since November 2021.

Previously she held several international HR management positions both in global consulting and corporate organisations and specialised in HR transformation, change management, strategy and operations. Among others she worked for Novartis, Deloitte and Schneider Electric.

Christine Seibert holds a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the RWTH Aachen University and is certified in scrum, design thinking and in various project management methodologies as well as financial analysis.
