Chairman of the Board of Directors

Dirk Lambrecht (1960, German) has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since March 2024, of which he has been a member for seven years. He was appointed Member of the Board of Directors of Dätwyler IT Infra AG in March 2017 – shortly after his appointment as CEO of the publicly listed Datwyler Holding Inc., a sister company of the privately held Dätwyler IT Infra AG.

Until 2016 he was heading the Datwyler Group’s Sealing Solutions Division, in which the former Sealing Technologies and Pharma Packaging Division were combined. From 2005 until 2012 he was head of the Sealing Technologies Division. Before joining the Datwyler Group, he managed Phoenix Traffic Technology GmbH, a subsidiary of Phoenix AG. Prior to that, from 1987 to 2003, he held a number of international management positions with Phoenix AG in Hamburg.

Dirk Lambrecht earned a degree in mechanical engineering (DME), specialising in apparatus engineering, from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW) and completed further studies, including a programme at the Management School St. Gallen.
